Bucks and Hunterdon Counties Gymnastics Team Achieves Successful Season


The 2021-2022 Bucks and Hunterdon Counties YMCA Gymnastics Team finished the season with accomplishments at national and national YMCA competitions. Y’s Level 4 and Xcel Gold teams clinched first place in the championship at April’s state event in Warren. The 2022 YMCA National Championships were held June 23–25 in Toledo, Ohio, where the YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties brought 38 gymnasts and came away with 78 medals, including eight first-place finishes. Ella Ricci (Level 4 Beam), Lillian Hinderliter (Level 4 Floor), Rhea Liddington (Xcel Gold Bars), Zoe Smith (Xcel Gold Bars) and Rhiley Poniktera (Xcel Gold Bars, Floor and All-Around) won first place .
