Team USA will take center stage at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics for the artistic gymnastics team all-around competition.

Simone Biles will lead the United States women’s team, which will include three first-time Olympians: Suni Lee, Jordan Chiles and Grace McCallum. All four of the team are the big favorites to win Team USA’s third consecutive Olympic title in women’s team gymnastics. The Americans have been undefeated since winning the team silver medal at the 2008 Beijing Games, and they hope to keep that momentum going.

For the US men’s team, Sam Mikulak returns for his third Games and will lead a group that includes Shane Wiskus, Brody Malone and Yul Moldauer. The men finished fifth at the Rio 2016 Olympics and are looking to redeem themselves in Tokyo.

Who is on the US women’s gymnastics team in Tokyo?

Simone Bilès

Biles continues to show why she’s the GOAT of gymnastics. She won four gold medals and one bronze at the Rio 2016 Games and looks to add more to her already illustrious curriculum this summer in Tokyo.

Suni Lee

Lee will make her Olympic Games debut when she speaks with Team USA this summer. Despite his injuries and not competing in all events earlier this season, Lee was able to secure his ticket to Tokyo at the US Olympic Trials. She finished second overall with a total score of 115.832 and won Day 2 against Biles, which has not happened since 2013.

Jordan Chilis

Chiles has overcome a lot of adversity over the past few years. After falling out of favor for the world championship team, Chiles began to lose momentum. That’s when Biles called her up and invited her to come to Texas, and she’s been a force ever since. She will also make her Olympic debut at the Tokyo Games and is looking to make a major impact for the USA team.

Grace McCallum

McCallum has always been seen as a lock to compete for the United States team in Tokyo, but after a small injury to her finger before practice, many ruled her out. After undergoing hand surgery, McCallum was still not at her best in trials, but she did manage to secure her place in the Olympics.

Sam mikulak

Brody Malone

Yul Moldauer

Moldauer has won the all-around silver medal at the last three national championships. Although injuries have plagued him throughout his career, he appears to be having an impact on the USA team at the Tokyo 2020 Games.
